About Us

Cheryl, born and raised in Brenham, Texas, began her education at Blinn College and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University (’76) with a degree in accounting. She received her CPA license in 1978. After working for other firms in Texas City and Bryan, Cheryl opened her own firm in 1984. She and her husband, Dan McGuire, have two sons, Chase and Cameron. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending Aggie football games and crewing for her husband and their hot air balloon ‘Wild Thing Too!’.

Tina graduated from Bryan High School and attended Blinn College and Sam Houston State University. You may already know Tina since she came to the firm from Dr. Robert A. Hall, DDS where she worked for 15 years. Tina has now been with our firm 9 years doing bookkeeping and compilations for a variety of clients. Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Veronica moved to Bryan in 1983. She graduated from Bryan High School. Veronica has over 25 years of customer service in retail, medical, city government and accounting. Veronica has been on our team for 6 years and keeps us going. Veronica enjoys spending time with family, summer vacation trips and pursuing hobbies like shopping, watching football and arts & crafts.

Clarence was born in Bryan, joined the US Army in 1958, graduated from the Military Police academy and served in South Korea in the 1st Calvary Division. In 1961, Clarence entered the Army Reserves until his Honorable discharge in 1964. Clarence then graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marion Technical College with Associates degrees in Accounting and Business Management. Clarence joined our team in 1990 (that's 31 years!) and continues to work part -time.

Mellissa is a Brazos Valley native who has over 35 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting and office management for many diverse businesses including agriculture, printing, and medical offices. You may recognize Melissa as she was the office manager for Dr. Suzanne Black for 20 years. She has been a team member for 4 years.
